Tuesday, 18 October 2011

Have you seen the email going around stating where egg whites are a healing miracle for burns?  I prefer using natural Eggsmethods above any type of chemical/pharmaceutical remedy if at all possible, so I researched further into this "folk remedy."

Dryer Vents--How Often Do They Really Need Cleaned? Print E-mail
Saturday, 27 August 2011

Any debris that builds up in the dryer or in the exhaust duct can catch fire. Lint can block the flow of air, cause excessive heat build-up, and result in a fire in some dryers. Preventing dryer fires is key to home safety.

As an example the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission states that in 1998 dryers caused 15,600 fires resulting in 370 injuries and 20 deaths.

Friday, 12 August 2011

The best way to handle tick bites is prevention. Insect repellants and covering the skin with clothing are two ways of preventing tick bites. Although most tick bites do not require medical treatment, you should seek medical attention if symptoms of tick-related disease occur or part of the tick still remains in the skin.

Janice e-NEWS - October 2010 Print E-mail

Welcome to the Janice Rosenberg Team Monthly e news - October  2010

Dear Friends,

Happy Fall! Get those jackets out and pumpkins ready- we are finally getting away from 100 ° weather.

We have some great news in the real estate world: Forbes Magazine has been quoted, “Raleigh-Cary NC, is the market which has the greatest likelihood to appreciate in price because we offer a mix of jobs weighted toward growth industries.”

Here is the list of cities mentioned:

1.       Raleigh/Cary, NC

2.       McAllen-Edinburg-Mission, Texas

3.       Austin- Round Rock, Texas4.       Nashville-Davidson-Murfreesboro-Franklin, Tennessee

5.       San Antonio, Texas

6.       Colorado Springs, Colorado

7.       Albuquerque, NM8.       Denver-Aurora-Broomfield, Colorado

9.       Springfield, MO

10.   Indianapolis-Carmel, Ind

We are number one! Look out world!

Remember, interest rates are still at all time lows hanging just above 4% for a 30 year fixed! That is amazing. We have not had HUGE appreciation over the years, just nice and slow and steady- (the healthy way) therefore, we have not had to have huge reductions in price either. We are still selling homes for our sellers and we are also helping a lot of buyers in this market- there is a lot to choose from.  We are here to help you or anyone you know buy or sell a home. We promise to take great care of them! As the weather improves and you want to spend time outside, don’t forget the Parade of Homes and the State Fair will both be here in October.

Sincerely,

Janice Rosenberg and Team

Dear Friend,

Not all remodels are created equal. You may already be familiar with Remodeling magazine’s popular Cost vs. Value report, which documents the average return on investment expected for specific improvement projects. But have you taken into account the latest design trends that will make your home more desirable and thus more valuable?
