Midtown- Midtown is a relatively new area of North Raleigh which has been developed where the original North Hills Mall was for many past years. As you travel thru these subdivisions you will notice a lot of new custom homes being constructed where smaller homes had been for many years.  Some folks love this area so much they have torn down their own homes to keep their amazing large lot and enjoy their designer new home they constructed. There are lots of great shopping and dining around this community.
